The Keysight MSOX6004A InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series Digital Oscilloscope is a lab-grade flagship instrument that combines oscilloscope, logic analyzer, signal generator, frequency counter, and protocol analysis in a single package.

Designed for engineers working with high-speed digital systems, RF/RF devices, automotive and power components.

With up to 6 GHz bandwidth, 20 GS/s sample rate, and 4 Mdots (1/2 channels) memory depth, the instrument provides accurate measurements and superior signal visualization.




The model is equipped with a 12.1-inch Full HD touchscreen display that supports multi-touch gestures and the Zone Touch Trigger function, which allows you to select the desired part of the signal with a simple touch. MegaZoom IV technology provides high-speed performance and waveform refresh rates of up to 450,000 forms/s.




MSOX6004A combines seven devices in one housing:

The tool supports real-time jitter and eye analysis (D6000USBB, D6000BDLB options), RF signal analysis with FFT, and use of advanced buses (USB 2.0, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, ARINC 429, etc.).

With a low noise level (210 μVrms at 1 mV/div) and a resolution of up to 12 bits in High Resolution mode, the oscilloscope guarantees maximum accuracy when analyzing even the smallest signals.
