The Keysight DSOX6004A InfiniiVision 6000 Series X-Series Digital Oscilloscope is a next-generation, versatile tool designed for comprehensive high-frequency signal analysis and accurate testing of electronic systems.
The model combines laboratory accuracy with portability and the ability to expand parameters under license. With up to 6 GHz bandwidth, 20 GS/s sample rate, and waveform refresh rates of up to 450,000 waveforms/s, the oscilloscope is one of the most powerful handheld instruments in its class.
With a 12.1-inch Full HD touchscreen display with gesture control and MegaZoom IV smart memory technology, the oscilloscope offers fast response, accurate signal visualization, and easy operation.
Low self-noise (210 μVrms at 1 mV/div) enables accurate measurements of even weak signals, and support for more than 56 automated measurements and up to 15 protocols makes it a versatile solution for today's electronics, power, automotive, and RF applications.
