    The Keysight DSOX6002A InfiniiVision 6000 Series X-Series Digital Oscilloscope is a next-generation, high-performance, handheld oscilloscope with up to 6 GHz bandwidth and 20 GS/s sample rate.


    The model is aimed at professional laboratories, production sites and design offices where analysis of high-frequency signals, digital buses and power supplies is required.

    The DSOX6002A oscilloscope combines seven instruments in one package:

     Oscilloscope with analog channels up to 6 GHz

     Serial Protocol Analyzer (up to 15 interfaces)

     20 MHz WaveGen Dual-Channel Signal Generator (Option DSOX6WAVEGEN2)

     3-digit digital voltmeter (DVM)

     Frequency Response Analyzer (Bode Plot)

     10-bit counter and tote (up to 3.2 GHz)

     Tools for testing masks, limits, and search navigation

    The oscilloscope provides visualization of complex processes with MegaZoom IV technology, a hardware Zone Touch trigger, and built-in analysis tools, from color and FFT spectrograms to real-world jitter analysis and eye diagrams.
