The Keysight DSOX4024G Digital Oscilloscope is a member of the InfiniiVision 4000G X-Series that combines high speed, advanced analysis, and intuitive touch controls.
Equipped with four analog channels, it is ideal for multi-channel measurements, signal synchronization, and analysis of relationships between digital and analog circuit nodes.
The oscilloscope is based on MegaZoom IV ASIC technology, which provides a refresh rate of up to 1,000,000 waveforms/s, which allows you to capture even short-term anomalies.
A large 12.1" TFT touchscreen display with gesture support speeds up navigation and measurement setup.
Like all G-series models, the DSOX4024G has a built-in dual-channel WaveGen 20 MHz oscillator, FRA (Bode Plot) functions, mask and limit tests, DVM and frequency counter.
It supports hardware decoding of I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, USB PD protocols and is compatible with the BenchVue remote control system.
