The Keysight DSOX4034G oscilloscope is part of the advanced InfiniiVision 4000G X-Series and is designed for high-precision analog signal analysis for research, engineering, and service applications.
It offers a 350 MHz frequency response, up to 5 GS/s sampling rate (1/2 channel), and a high refresh rate of up to 1,000,000 waveforms/s.
With a built-in 20 MHz WaveGen dual-channel oscillator, Frequency Response Analysis (Bode Plot), Mask Test, and Measurement Limit Testing, the instrument integrates five measurement instruments: an oscilloscope, a voltmeter, a counter, a protocol analyzer, and a signal generator.
The model supports bandwidth expansion options up to 500 MHz, 1 GHz and 1.5 GHz.
