The Keysight DSOX4052G Digital Oscilloscope is a high-performance dual-channel InfiniiVision 4000G X-Series designed for accurate analysis of mid- and high-frequency analog signals.
It combines high sensitivity, speed, and built-in analysis tools, including a signal generator, frequency analysis (FRA), mask tests, and a built-in digital voltmeter.
The device is equipped with a bandwidth of 500 MHz, provides a sampling rate of up to 5 GS/s (1/2 channels) and a memory depth of up to 4 points.
MegaZoom IV ASIC technology provides refresh rates of up to 1,000,000 waveforms/s, allowing you to observe and capture even rare transients.
It is equipped with a 12.1" touch display, a two-channel WaveGen 20 MHz oscillator, and a frequency response analysis function (Bode Plot).
