The Keysight MSOX6002A InfiniiVision 6000 Series X-Series Digital Oscilloscope is a professional tool for high-precision analog and digital signal analysis that combines laboratory-level performance with portability and ease of operation.

Designed for development engineers, RF/RF testers, digital buses, power electronics, embedded systems, and automotive modules that require high bandwidth, stable synchronization, and detailed process visualization.




With up to 6 GHz bandwidth, 20 GS/s sampling rate, 4 MTPS (1/2 channels) memory depth, and up to 450,000 waveforms/s refresh rate, the oscilloscope combines high performance, advanced analytics, and intuitive touch control on a 12.1-inch Full HD multi-touch display.




With built-in MegaZoom IV technology, hardware Zone Touch Trigger, and support for up to 56 automated measurements, the instrument is capable of visualizing complex multi-channel processes and capturing rare anomalies in real time.

The instrument supports modern data buses, performs spectral analysis using FFT and real-time jitter and eye diagram analyses (options D6000USBB, D6000BDLB).

Low self-noise (210 μV rms at 1 mV/div) and high vertical resolution of up to 12 bits (High Resolution mode) ensure accurate measurements even when observing small signals.
