The Keysight MSOX4154G Mixed Signal Oscilloscope is the top-of-the-line model in the InfiniiVision 4000G X-Series that combines analog and digital signal analysis up to 1.5 GHz.

It provides full-fledged combined analysis of 16 digital and 4 analog channels, time correlation, and real-time protocol decoding.

Designed for professional R&D and RF labs that require simultaneous analysis of logic and analog signals.




MSOX4154G comes preloaded with a D4000GENB package that includes Mask Testing, Measurement Limit Testing, Frequency Response Analysis, Bode Plot, and Enhanced Video Analysis.

It supports all major I²C, SPI, UART/RS-232/422/485, CAN, LIN, USB PD, and I²S protocols, as well as High Resolution mode (up to 12 bits).
