The Keysight DSOX4022G InfiniiVision 4000G X-Series digital oscilloscope combines professional performance, touch control, and high waveform refresh rates of up to 1,000,000 waveforms/s.
With a 12.1" touchscreen display, MegaZoom IV smart memory technology, and a built-in 20MHz dual-channel WaveGen signal generator, the model provides the highest accuracy and convenience for signal analysis.
The DSOX4022G model combines seven devices in one housing:
